World bosses spawn roughly every 6 hours. These times are live times - they will update every minute if new times are available. Prioritize attack speed rolls on your gear. For Legendary Gems, Gogok of Swiftness might help pet attack speed but it's an expensive gem in that it wouldn't do much else here. I'd run CoE instead, or you could drop Krysbin's and run a ring set. Circle of Julian's Love is fairly pointless but you can run it as a QoL thing. You could run the freeze rune with the Skellies and the Dislocation rune for the Bone Armor to help proc Krysbin's Sentence. You can use Bone Ringer instead of 'any offhand' but I'm not sure it would really help. Unfortunately no room for Blood Rush, which I would use instead of the Skellies but this is a Minion Master build. Throw in Skellies with any rune of your choice and Bone Armor, also any rune of your choice. Add Golem with the 8-corpse rune which you can use to resummon your Revives. Skeletal Mages and Revives each with the blood rune. Reilena's Shadowhook in the Cube and wield Scythe of the Cycle with any offhand.
